SIMI VALLEY, Calif., March 12, 2015 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (Central Oregon), located in Bend, has signed a five-year contract extension for the Rapattoni MLS software and service. Central Oregon currently serves approximately 1,500 members in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, and Harney Counties.
Rapattoni MLS provides an intuitive and graphically pleasing user interface which operates natively on PCs and Mac® computers as well as wireless devices. In addition to the desktop interface, the new touch-based Rapattoni Edge Mobile MLS allows Central Oregon's members to take the MLS on the road using smartphones and tablets. Edge MLS delivers accurate, real-time listing data showing new listings, pictures, and status changes as they happen, along with property history, mapping, contacts, and a wealth of other tools.
A Rapattoni MLS customer since 2003, Central Oregon takes advantage of a wide assortment of the system's features, including Rapattoni's industry-leading parcel mapping component plus additional map layers showing county recorded sales, school districts, zoning, and flood hazard data. Rapattoni's popular real estate statistics package powered by TrendVision Reports is also available on Central Oregon's MLS, allowing members to view current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis.
To provide Central Oregon's members with online security and convenient links to partner sites, Rapattoni's Single Sign-On (SSO) and Secure Logon with Adaptive Authentication services are fully integrated into the MLS. Rapattoni's SSO system provisions hyperlinks to third-party services such as Realtors Property Resource (RPR) and also drives the MLS's social media features, enabling agents to easily post listings to Facebook and Twitter from right within the MLS. Central Oregon also uses Rapattoni's state-of-the-art RETS 1.7.2 servers to maintain data exchange links with dozens of other third-party services.
