SIMI VALLEY, Calif., May 2, 2019 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS® (SEIBR), located in Aurora, launched the Rapattoni MLS on Tuesday, April 2. Established in 1949, SEIBR serves Dearborn, Jennings, Ohio, Switzerland, and Ripley Counties, and surrounding areas.
The new Rapattoni MLS gives SEIBR’s members access to a wealth of cutting-edge resources, including Rapattoni’s powerful Custom Report Writer, which allows MLS staff, brokers, and agents to create elegant, professional looking reports and flyers in a variety of styles. It also includes Rapattoni’s interactive map search powered by Google Maps™, with map layers developed by Rapattoni’s in-house Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team.
Single Sign-On (SSO) links to third-party services such as RPR and ShowingTime are integrated within SEIBR’s MLS, as well as links for posting listings to Facebook and Twitter. SEIBR members can also download the free Rapattoni MLS Mobile App from the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store for instant access to listings and other MLS data on mobile devices.
To facilitate the launch of the new MLS, Rapattoni presented a series of trainings for agents and staff at a movie theater near the board’s office. Topics included searches, mapping, grouping listings on grid displays, and more. The trainings were advertised to SEIBR’s agents in custom emails designed and distributed by Rapattoni. In addition, Rapattoni sends post-training materials to agents with helpful links and support information.
