Have you ever had a member call you and ask for a report that contains all of the membership information you have on file for them? In Rapattoni Magic, there is a member profile report that you can print, which displays all membership information for a particular member. This report can be used by your staff to keep member records up-to-date. Perhaps you want to send this report to each member annually, so they can verify their membership information, including: e-mail address, contact phone numbers, addresses, accounting information, etc. After making the appropriate changes, the member can send it back to your office, so you can update their record. You can also choose to run the report for specific topics related to a member, instead of printing all information. The report is very easy to use and can be a useful tool for your membership and your staff.
To Run the Member Profile Report:
1. After opening the Member Query Form, locate the member that you wish to print the profile for. Click the Profile button.
2. You can choose which topics you want to print for the member by "checking" the appropriate boxes, or you can click on Select All to view all information. Next, click Create Report to display the report.
