Setting up your Rapattoni Internet Member Services (IMS) server can be a time-consuming task. The following checklist is provided to help your network technician reduce the installation time required for your IMS server. These preparation steps can be completed at any time prior to your scheduled Rapattoni system check.

Set up a dedicated Web server to run IMS, and add the server to the network.
Call your Web domain provider to create a subdomain for members to access (such as ims.domain.com).
Create a DNS-A record pointing ims.domain.com to your static IP address that the IMS server will use.
Decide which credit card processor you will process payments through and set up an account. (Note: Rapattoni IMS is compatible with the NAR E-Commerce Network and PayPal Payflow Pro credit card processing.)
Create a support e-mail address for your IMS Web site.
